Our service includes a meticulously crafted floral arrangement by our skilled professional florists, a reliable delivery service, and products that have been carefully sourced and handled with the utmost care. Purchasing flowers means you understand and agree to these terms.
We offer delivery on Monday between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, and Tuesday through Friday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. We do not offer deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. For funeral service tribute flowers, we ensure delivery before the service, recognising that service times are beyond our control. Please specify the funeral service time in the notes box on the cart page.
All deliveries come with tracking. You will receive a confirmation text or email once your flowers have left the shop and another notification upon delivery.
