At Buds on B, we only take on a handful of weddings each year. We keep things relaxed and creative: no back-and-forth, no big wedding fuss. Just gorgeous, florist’s pick flowers made with love.
We work best when we can choose blooms that are in season and thriving, focusing on texture, movement, and natural beauty. That means no fixed flower lists, just thoughtful, intuitive design made just for you.

The prices listed above are a guide based on an average seasonal wedding. If you’re dreaming of more statement florals such as roses, orchids, anthuriums, peonies, or other premium blooms, please note that pricing will be higher.
Labour, delivery, and on-site setup are additional costs. We’re always transparent with our pricing, and your proposal will include a clear breakdown of all costs.

Step 1 – Your First Proposal (Complimentary)
Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll email you a starting floral estimate along with our wedding disclaimer.
If you’re happy to move forward, we’ll secure your booking with a deposit:
- 20% for weddings under $500
- 30% for weddings over $500
Step 2 – Booking Your Date
When your deposit is received, your wedding date is officially locked in! From there, we’ll continue the conversation, refining, planning, and designing your floral vision so everything feels beautifully personal and cohesive.
Option 3 – Final Touches
After we settle on your complete floral vision, we’ll send through your revised proposal along with your final invoice. From there, you can relax knowing everything is organised for your wedding day

We love to work within the same year as your wedding or just a few months on either side. This allows us to quote more accurately and choose the best seasonal flowers for your day. We can also take on weddings as little as 4 weeks out, depending on the style and scale of your floral designs.
We’ll guide you toward floral choices and design options that make the most of your budget, helping you get the best value while still achieving a beautiful, cohesive look.
You’re absolutely welcome to share the flowers you love, it helps guide the overall texture and feel of your design. While we don’t promise exact flower varieties (since availability depends on the season and quality), we’ll always do our very best to bring your colour palette to life.
As a small team, we typically don’t take on large-scale installations. However, we’re more than happy to chat about simpler or smaller-scale installs that align with our style and capacity. If you have something in mind, let’s talk it through and see what’s possible!
