Delivery Information
We offer local flower delivery across the Sunshine Coast from our Woombye Studio.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient's address and distance from our studio. Rates start from $12 for nearby deliveries and increase for outer areas.

Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12pm, subject to availability.
Deliveries are generally made between 12pm and 4pm. While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, we’re unable to guarantee an exact time unless arranged with us directly.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Woombye and surrounding Sunshine Coast areas, including:
Nambour, Buderim, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Caloundra, Glass House Mountains, Maleny, Coolum and surrounding suburbs.
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to a particular address, simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout to check availability.
Delivery instructions
Please provide as much information as possible when placing your order, including:

- the recipient’s full address
- a mobile number for the recipient
- any access instructions, gate codes or apartment details
- a safe place to leave the flowers if no one is home
Where possible, flowers will be left in a safe, sheltered location if the recipient is unavailable.
Re-delivery
If we’re unable to complete a delivery due to an incorrect address, inaccessible property or lack of suitable delivery instructions, an additional delivery fee may apply for re-delivery.
We’ll always do our best to contact the recipient or sender before arranging another delivery.
In-house delivery
All local deliveries are handled by our team rather than being sent through a courier network. This helps us make sure your flowers arrive fresh, beautifully presented and cared for from our studio to their destination.

Your delivery fee covers a tracked, reliable service, no dumping and running here, just thoughtful delivery from our hands to yours.
Monday - Friday generally between 12pm - 4pm, Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm, subject to availability.
Yes! We will send you an email or text when the flowers have left our studio, and again once they have been delivered.
Yes, where possible. Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to update the delivery date, address, recipient details or card messages.
We can't guarantee exact delivery times during our standard run. If you need flowers delivered by a particular time, please contact us before ordering to discuss options.
Yes, you're welcome to request one in your order notes. We'll do our best to accommodate it, although we can't always guarantee this during busy periods.
We'll look for a safe, sheltered place to leave the flowers and will notify the recipient. If there's nowhere suitable and we can't make contact, the flowers may need to return to the studio and re-delivery fee may apply.
