Yes! The contact information you provide in the first box on the checkout page will be used to send you an email or text notification when the flowers have left our shop, and again once they have been delivered.

You can update your delivery date, message, delivery address, and recipient name.

We will charge a re-delivery fee depending on the circumstance. Re-delivery fees occur if we have been given the incorrect delivery address or if we are unable to leave the flowers.

Courier App Optimisation: Upon receiving your order, we input all delivery details, including recipient and customer contact information, into our courier app. This app optimises our delivery route, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries within our standard operating hours.

Confirmation Messages: Once your order is on its way, we send a confirmation text or email to the contact information you provided. This notification informs you when your order has left our shop and again once it has been delivered.

Dedicated Delivery Van: We utilise our own dedicated van for all our deliveries, ensuring that your flowers are transported securely and safely to their destination.

Personal Courier Driver: Our courier driver exclusively works for us at Buds, guaranteeing that your flowers are delivered in-house. Unlike other courier services, we take extra care to ensure your flowers are left in a safe place. Additionally, we send a confirmation message to the recipient, along with a photo showing where the flowers were left.

Efficient Delivery Attempts: Our courier driver goes the extra mile to ensure prompt delivery by making phone calls and sending text messages. However, in some cases, we may be unable to reach the recipient, resulting in the flowers being returned to the shop. 

This process ensures that your flowers are delivered with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Yes, please! Providing detailed instructions about the delivery location can help ensure a smooth delivery process. Here are some guidelines to consider:

For orders sent to residential addresses, please ensure that our drivers will have access to the property.

If the delivery address is within a secure building, please ensure that the recipient will be available on the day of delivery. Alternatively, you can specify a safe location where the gift can be left.

When sending to a business address, please provide the name of the business and indicate whether the gift should be delivered to reception or a specific area.

Yes, we can, but only upon request. Please note that while we strive to accommodate all requests, we may occasionally overlook this service due to high demand. Therefore, we cannot guarantee it.

If the recipient isn’t home, we will search for a secure location to leave the flowers. Additionally, we will send them a text message to inform them of the flower delivery and include a photo showing where we have left the flowers. This ensures peace of mind for us, the customer, and the recipient, allowing the recipient to promptly arrange for collection.
