Saturday - Delivering BETWEEN 8:30am - 4:00pm
Sunday - Delivering BETWEEN 7:00am - 4:00pm
- We do not take specific delivery time requests. If you need a specific time, we recommend picking up your order.
- For workplace deliveries, please provide the business name and finishing time to ensure the flowers are received.
- All deliveries are tracked. A confirmation text or email will be sent to the contact details provided in the Confirmation Contact box.
- Flowers are delivered in-house, with water, and will be left in a safe place if the recipient is not home. We will then contact the recipient to let them know a delivery has been made and provide a photo of where the flowers were left. If using your contact number, it is your responsibility to pass this message on.
- Please ensure the recipient’s details (who the flowers are going to) are entered in the first contact details form, and your contact details are entered in the payment/contact form.
We offer delivery on Monday - Friday between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. We do not offer deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. For funeral service tribute flowers, we ensure delivery before the service, recognising that service times are beyond our control. Please specify the funeral service time in the notes box on the cart page.
All deliveries come with tracking. You will receive a confirmation text or email once your flowers have left the shop and another notification upon delivery.
